Hey, I'm Georgia!
After studying Psychology at university, I briefly worked on a cruise ship sailing around the Caribbean (10/10 would recommend!) and returned home to work an office job. I quickly realised that the typical 9 – 5 just didn’t make me happy and I also had far too much energy to be bouncing around an office with my loud cackle of a laugh! So, I decided to make a career out of my passion for fitness and began working as a personal trainer in 2018 – I haven’t looked back since.
I’m committed to helping others find their happiness and I believe the best way for me to do this is to share the power of fitness and the impact it can have on physical and mental wellbeing. The sense of accomplishment you get from becoming physically stronger and healthier seeps into every aspect of life and before you know it, you’re achieving things you may have once thought impossible. Be it in the gym, at work or in your personal life!
A friend once told me she’d never met someone ‘so unapologetically themselves before’. I hope to inspire this kind of self-confidence in my clients and help them to be the best versions of themselves they can be. With so much pressure in today’s society from TV and social media to look or behave in a certain way, it’s important to remember that the only person you need to compete against, is YOU. And I’m here to help you do just that!
